It goes without saying that if you live in an area that is susceptible to snow storms, then you should have a shovel. It’s kinda like owning beach towels if you have a pool in your backyard.
Now, if you are in a bind and didn’t have time to get to the store for a new shovel, then there is always a chance that your friendly neighbor will lend you theirs. But, it also goes without saying that you should return it when your done, right?
Evidently, one neighbor didn’t think it was necessary to return the shovel that she stole from her neighbor to clear off her car in a winter storm, instead, she did the most unneighborly thing and kept it to herself.
In this scenario, the only thing someone can do is…get revenge!
Which is exactly what Chicago resident, David Welles did when his caught his neighbor not only stealing his shovel from his front steps, but failing to return it as well.
In the video below, you can witness Welles as he captures the woman on film stealing his shovel, before he seeks the ultimate revenge. As luck would have it, Welles is a security camera salesman, so this woman obviously messed with the wrong man.
