He Was About To Serve Parents Their Coffee When He Saw It Sticking Out Of Their Arms, Dials 911

In Hyannis, Massachusetts, two parents were arrested after a Dunkin’ Donuts employee caught them doing something horrible. When they pulled up to the window and ordered their hot coffees, the employee couldn’t believe the sight. The parents were high on drugs, driving their kids around putting them in harm’s way.

But that’s not the worst part! After the parents were taken in, what the kids say will break your heart. The little ones admitted to authorities that they watch their parents getting high on heroin all the time – it’s the only things the parents love.

The Dunkin’ Donuts employee didn’t just assume mom was on drugs. They actually saw the needle sticking out of Tiffany Tinkham’s arm. Meanwhile, the children’s father, Lance Hillier, had passed out behind the wheel.

The employee was stunned. He couldn’t believe that he had caught these two parents getting high on heroin while driving a car through a Dunkin Donuts drive-thru. How terrible are they? The employee shouted at the man who had passed out behind the wheel.

Allegedly, Hillier only woke up after an employee yelled at him. After that, the parents ordered their items, like what they do is business as usual and drove away.

But Dunkin’ Donuts staffers wrote down the license plate number and called the police right away since the children’s lives were endangered.

Like the girl who turned in her parents for illegal marijuana use, these children deserve better.

Parents have been doing a lot more heroin and other opioids than ever before. States like Ohio have caught parents passed on their vehicle with their kid stuck inside the car seat. Others have been driving in traffic while they nodded off from a heroin overdose.

Officer Nicole Bevilaqua found the drugged up parents driving on the highway. She turned on her lights and ordered them to pull over.

While Bevilaqua watched, the husband and wife switched seats while the car was still in motion. Because of the suspicious behavior, Bevilaqua searched the vehicle and found Suboxone in Tinkham’s bra.

Then one of the children said the worst possible thing:

Mommy has to use needles all the time,” the child said. “She tells us to close our eyes or look out the window when she uses them, but I never do. Daddy has to drive all the time because Mommy is sick.”

Now Tinkham and Hillier have each been charged with two counts of reckless endangerment of a child, operating a vehicle under the influence, and reckless operation of a motor vehicle. Tinkham also got charged with possession of a Class B drug and possession of marijuana.

What should you do if you see a parent doing drugs in front of their children – like this girl who filmed her parents getting high on heroin in her living room? You should call the police. This could be criminal neglect. Don’t let anyone choose drugs over their children. Why do you think drugs are being abused so much in America?
